Successful Exit in Munich: SORAVIA Sells Revitalized Apartment Building
Munich / Vienna, 12 February 2026 – SORAVIA, one of the leading market players in the DACH region, has successfully sold the fully refurbished serviced apartment building at Landwehrstraße 56. The property, located in Munich’s southern Bahnhofsviertel district, was disposed of as part of an asset deal.
The historic building, originally constructed in 1905, underwent a comprehensive revitalization and was upgraded to meet new-build energy standards. In addition to the renewal of the building envelope and technical systems, all units were fully refurbished.
Long-term use had already been secured prior to the sale: the property is leased on a long-term basis to NUMA, a rapidly growing international hospitality operator. Offering approximately 2,500 square meters of space, the asset now comprises 50 fully furnished apartments, two commercial units, and ten parking spaces.
The location benefits from its prime position between Munich Central Station (a 10-minute walk) and Theresienwiese (200 meters). Major tourist hotspots such as Marienplatz are also within walking distance, further underlining the property’s attractiveness for NUMA and its guests.
