Vienna, May 17, 2022 – SORAVIA, one of the leading real estate groups in Austria and Germany, aims to revolutionize the real estate industry of the future. In collaboration with Google Cloud and the international strategy and data engineering specialist Nagarro, SORAVIA has founded an innovation and technology partnership. As partners, SORAVIA, Google Cloud and Nagarro will drive the development of intelligently connected, energy-neutral cities as well as smart, innovative services for customers and investors.
The combination of the respective fields of expertise of the three companies makes this cooperation unique: SORAVIA contributes long-standing experience in sustainably successful project development and top expertise in all life cycle phases of properties. Google Cloud integrates extensive know-how of data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), connectivity and IoT products (“Internet of Things”). Nagarro, in turn, is a globally leading developer of leading-edge end-to-end technology solutions. In the coming months and years, SORAVIA, Google Cloud and Nagarro will focus on digital innovation in the areas of “Smart Building”, “Investment” as well as “Property and Facility Management”.
Strong partners for solutions of the future
“Digitalization offers tremendous development potential for the real estate industry – economically, socially and environmentally. As a group, we have addressed digital aspects in project development for many years. By combining the competence of SORAVIA and global technology leaders such as Google Cloud and Nagarro, we will drive the transformation of the real estate industry even more strongly in the coming years. We share the same pioneering spirit and the vision of completely reshaping the customer experience. We believe in a greener future, with sustainable living spaces thanks to innovative technology solutions,” Erwin Soravia, CEO of SORAVIA, explains.
Mario Berger, Enterprise Sales Manager at Google Cloud in Austria, adds: “We are pleased to work with a real estate partner on the holistic implementation of innovative ideas for intelligent building cycles – from planning, execution and operation of real estate projects to sales, marketing, logistics and optimizing supply chains. SORAVIA pursues a long-term future strategy and our innovative strength will make a significant contribution to a fundamental and lasting improvement of the customer experience.”
“Using artificial intelligence and machine learning, smart buildings continuously adapt to the needs of their users, thus optimizing their operation and creating economic and ecological advantages. The analysis and interpretation of data, one of Nagarro’s core strengths, forms the basis for this. Within this partnership we are working on the strategy and comprehensive solutions for the further development and use of the technology in practice,” says Paul Haberfellner, Managing Director at Nagarro.
Integrated digital transformation in the real estate industry
In all project phases, the three companies will focus on the entire life cycle of properties. During the first project phase, digital interfaces will be created, offering completely new ways of interaction for customers and investors. The goal is to achieve a substantial improvement in customer experience and performance based on state-of-the-art cloud technology. Intelligent data analysis creates the prerequisites for the continuous development of services for the most demanding customer and investor needs.
