Thanks to the many years spent by the Soravia family in the construction industry and in real estate project development, we are used to taking a long-term approach.

As a matter of principle we only realise projects of which we are completely convinced. This allows maximum dedication across the board. Alongside our project teams, our owners themselves are personally involved in every phase of a property’s lifecycle: from the acquisition of a plot through to the sales, letting and management of a property.

We do not only build apartments, hotels or offices. We realise living spaces that serve as sustainable growth drivers for their entire environment.

Creativity and the courage of a vision not only guarantee strong identification with the project – they have also led to some of the most exceptional, trailblazing projects in the whole of Central Europe. Restoring the Sofiensäle in Vienna to its original glory, planning an entire urban quarter like TownTown, building the highest residential tower in Austria – the Danube Flats on the River Danube – are just a few examples here.
