COMPLETION OF THE TrIIIple QUARTER
The TrIIIple development consists of a total of 4 towers. Towers 1 and 2 house around 500 condominiums, while Tower 3 has 670 fully furnished apartments for short-term rental. All three towers, including the restaurants, grocery store, newsstand, and kindergarten, were completed in 2021.
Tower 4, with a total usable space of approximately 13,000 sqm, is the final building in the TrIIIple development and will fill the remaining gap. A two-stage international architecture competition was announced, which was won by the architect team “AllesWirdGut” in November 2021. The building will have 12 floors, and a large, separately accessible event area will be directly accessible from the forecourt.
