The hotels, with a total floor area of around 11,500 m², are in a prime location between the main train station, the old town and Theresienwiese, all within walking distance.
The project volume is more than EUR 110 million.
After renovation, the individual properties will be used primarily for commercial living, but also as office and commercial space.
