New QUARTER directly on the shores of Lake Traunsee

SORAVIA is developing a multifaceted lakeside quarter that offers local amenities, apartments, jobs and tourism areas as a high-quality living space while doing justice to the extraordinary location and landscape.

As the heart of the new quarter, the so-called Magistrale connects the ship’s landing stage and the park at the lake station as a public axis. This creates meeting zones with a hotel, marina and commercial areas for residents and strollers.

The first floors of the new quarter will contain stores and restaurants as well as offices, while the upper floors will be used for apartments, mainly as main residences. A residential concept tailored to the generation of best agers is also planned, with communal areas. The tourist highlight will be the new 4*-plus hotel, which will be integrated into the public space between the lake and the new magistrale, with a natural shoreline facing the lake. In addition, the hotel offers generally usable infrastructure with gastronomy, seminar rooms and spa. The lake promenade remains accessible to the general public and is enhanced by the newly created encounter zones.
