Schlosspark Freihof
A TOWNHOUSE with a NOBLE pedigree
The first mention of the castle, in a highly desirable location in Vienna’s elite 19th district, dates back to 1346. Originally known as “Altenburger Freihof”, over the years the property was mostly owned by nobility.
In addition to its unique history, the property is remarkable for its walled and secluded castle park and a heritage-protected fountain.
Townhouses and apartments will be built in the new “Schloss Freihof”. With the townhouse concept we are drawing on a residential model already popular in London, New York, Munich and Hamburg.
