New LIFE for REMISE Wolfganggasse

SORAVIA is developing Vienna’s first Community Market Hall GLEIS//GARTEN on the site of the traditional Remise Wolfganggasse after extensive planning, preparation and revitalization work. SORAVIA pursues the vision of an integrated Grätzelzentrum – adapted to the highest requirements and needs of urban living, working, cultural and meeting spaces – and revitalizes the property according to the most modern standards.

At the same time, the focus is on the unique architectural features of the historic building jewel: The magnificent industrial building is characterized above all by the red brick masonry, the impressive interior hall and the wooden roof, which is still in its original state. Particular importance is attached to preserving the special atmosphere of the historic building fabric.

For the operation of GLEIS//GARTEN in the Remise Wolfganggasse, SORAVIA cooperates with the Viennese hospitality provider KRAFTMoments.
