Prime INVESTMENT – Palais FABER
The Palais Faber, a Wilhelminian style building from 1874, is currently being converted into Austria’s first Hyperion Hotel. The historical structure of the palace, which was built as the “Faberhaus”, will be preserved, and the conversion is being carried out in close cooperation with the Federal Office for the Protection of Monuments and on the basis of architectural history plans.
Palais Faber is being realized as a prime investment of IFA AG for 264 private investors.
