Architectural MILESTONE in the HEART of the city

The Old Mill & New Mill represent an exciting architectural marvel directly at the entrance to Belgrade’s city centre, near the Gazela Bridge.

We completely revitalised the heritage-protected buildings of the old mill; the striking industrial buildings were retained and expanded with imposing stone and glass facades on the adjacent buildings.

The supports and cross beams of the old mill were used as interior design features for the restaurant and hotel rooms in order to preserve the character of this historic legacy. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide spectacular views over the city.

The old mill is now home to the Radisson Blu Old Mill Hotel, with guests benefiting greatly from its proximity to the neighbouring trade fair facilities. The New Mill office tower stands right next to the revitalised old mill. Companies appreciate the adjacent hotel and thereby enjoy the amenities and ambience the hotel offers.
