There is always room for more between Meidling and Margareten in Vienna: the new project O.A.X of approximately 45,000 square metres will accommodate offices, apartments, student housing, commercial and retail spaces. The resulting mix of uses will enable further expansion of the infrastructure at the site and enhance the value of the entire neighbourhood.

The interplay of the six houses and the green office building promises exciting views throughout the carefully designed ensemble. Residents can relax in the cafés and rest areas of the green garden level or use the newly renovated former coach house as a venue. Moreover, the project will connect the two adjacent districts; their two train stations and the soon extended underground line will provide the necessary access to the public transport system.
