The heyday of Vienna’s Ringstraße was at the turn of the century. Demand for luxurious residences around the Vienna State Opera was enormous. Just as today’s demand for affordable design hotels in top central locations.

Music lovers have the State Opera and the Musikverein concert hall right outside their front door, while globally acclaimed art collections such as those in the Albertina and the nearby museums attract art fans.

In the heritage-protected building in Elisabethstraße, designed by Viennese architect Hans Prutscher, we realised an affordable design hotel in a top location with the renowned tenant Motel One.
