Cultural HERITAGE making a MARK

Originally a printing press, there now stands an interesting and multifunctional complex – the Metropolis Center.

We restored the heritage-protected, historic, industrial building and its listed brickwork facade down to the very last detail and combined it with a modern section characterised by top design and innovative technology.

The original idea came from spotting a gap in the market, namely the city’s urgent need for a modern office building in a central location. Not far from the seat of government and directly beside numerous embassies and corporate headquarters, the Metropolis Center is a perfect spot for companies.
