Eagle Portfolio
DENSIFICATION IN AUSTRIA
SORAVIA is strengthening its commitment in Austria and has acquired the EAGLE portfolio from PFEIFFER Beteiligungs GmbH. With this acquisition, SORAVIA is focusing on sustainable usage concepts to optimize and further develop the sought-after locations.
The real estate portfolio comprises around 40 properties, mostly used as supermarkets, located in attractive urban areas in seven federal states. For sustainable project development, SORAVIA relies on careful urban densification in close coordination with commercial tenants and according to the individual requirements of the properties. This upgrades highly sought-after locations in central areas without sealing off any more valuable land. Through new construction, conversion or extension, SORAVIA creates additional usable space for mixed use and expands the portfolio with high-quality real estate offerings for commercial use, residential living and mixed use.
The existing gross floor area of the EAGLE portfolio is approximately 50,000 square meters, with the potential for new development and further expansion of approximately 55,000 square meters within valid building regulations. New offerings will be developed on top of existing structures, partly on newly created floors. The completion of the first project developments is already planned for 2027.
