Modern Loft Offices

On the former Coca Cola grounds, between Triester Strasse and Biotope City, SORAVIA is developing an ecological innovative
multi-use complex of buildings. Until the year 2020 two new buildings will be constructed with modern industrial design and a unique
brick facade. Leasing contracts with one of Austria’s leading brick companies, as well as with the Chinese hotel group Plateno have
already been signed. Plateno, one of the largest hotel operators in the world, will set up the three star hotel “7 days premium” on a surface
of 4,300 m² containing 152 rooms.

On the remaining 4,500 m² SORAVIA is developing the project „Biotope Office“, an office building with modern lofts, a restaurant
and attractive shared spaces.
