The HIGHEST office TOWER on the DONAUKANAL
The new Austro Tower will stand between the business district complex TownTown and the real estate project TrIIIple, both SORAVIA developments.
Located on the main route to Vienna’s airport, the building will host the new headquarters of SORAVIA, AUSTRO CONTROL and ASFINAG.
With a height of approx. 135m, covering 38 floors, Austro Tower will become the highest structure in the area. Encompassing a total floor-space of 43 ,400m² , it will provide 28 ,000m² of office space. In addition to offices the building will house a conference centre, restaurant and coffee shop.
