The HIGHEST office TOWER on the DONAUKANAL

The new Austro Tower will stand between the business district complex TownTown and the real estate project TrIIIple, both SORAVIA developments.
​Located on the main route to Vienna’s airport, the building will host the new headquarters of SORAVIA, AUSTRO CONTROL and ASFINAG.

With a height of approx. 135m, covering 38 floors, Austro Tower will become the highest structure in the area. Encompassing a total floor-space of 43 ,400m² , it will provide 28 ,000m² of office space. In addition to offices the building will house a conference centre, restaurant and coffee shop.
