The Munich hotel group, Ruby Hotels, is branching out with their ‘Lean Luxury’ philosophy. A lean organisation and concentration on the essentials allow Ruby to offer a contemporary, affordable form of luxury to its modern, sophisticated guests.

Founded in 2013, the Group now operates eight hotels, three of them in Vienna, two in Düsseldorf and one each in Munich, London and Hamburg. Other openings are planned for Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, London, Zurich and Shanghai.

As co-founder with a 20% holding, SORAVIA is closely involved in the expansion road.
